Herbert Moon was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)
Herbert was born in 1899, the son of Charles Moon and Mary Jane Jenkins.[1]
In 1925, Herbert Stanley Moon married Eva Biggin.[2]
He passed away in 1976, aged 76.[3]
