Theophilus (TO) was born 17 March 1890 in Fulton, Itawamba County, MS. His parents were Clemmon C. Moore and Mary Lillie (Harden) Moore. TO married Florence Etta Gray on February 3, 1912, and they had five sons. TO was a teacher, blacksmith, and farmer. He died at the age of 48 on 15 January 1939 of Tuberculosis.
