Cyril Vivian Moore was born on September 8, 1899 in Wollombi, Colony of New South Wales, son of Walter Edward Moore (1857–1942) and Amelia Jurd (1867–1949).[1]

Cyril (25) married Ina Mary Dunne (22) (born in 1902 in Rockdale, New South Wales) in 1925 in Tamworth, New South Wales.

Cyril died on January 1, 1975 in Manly Vale, New South Wales, Australia, aged 75.[2]
