The Find A Grave source listed for Deacon Richard Skinner shows his wife being Frances Wright 1669-. There is a note that her father deeded to his son-in-law Richard Skinner.

Evidence supporting the wife of Richard being Sarah Wright would be the marriage of Ezekiel Bloomfield (b. 1723) to Elizabeth Skinner, daughter of Wright Skinner. There is evidence of a Sarah Moore marrying to a Richard Skinner but she was the daughter of Matthew Moore b. ab 1667 d. 1733. He married in 1696, mentions dau. Sarah Skinner in his Will but she was obviously born after 1696. This daughter administered the Will of Richard Skinner of Middlesex Co. who died intestate in 1779.
