Biography

Research Notes

It is possible that Eli served from 1812 - 1815 in the War of 1812 although the index cards have no identifying information other than name and regiments. [1]

Confirmation of his parentage by birth record would solidify the relationship back to the Magna Carta Gateway ancestor, George Reade.

Other information has indicated a Jeptha Moore as his father and that his parents were killed in an Indian raid. That also eludes proof. This is a brick wall I would love to break through.
