Martha Jane Moore was born on May 23, 1869 in Louisiana, United States, daughter of George Wright Moore (1831–1882) and Eliza Jane Giddens (1836–1928).
Martha married Robert David Crawford (born on July 9, 1862 in Bienville, Louisiana; son of John Brice Crawford and Ruth Ann Allison). Their daughter was Lena Ann Crawford (1890–1968).
In 1880, Martha (11) was living in household of G. W. Moore (49) at 3rd Ward, Red River with her husband, Robert H. (11); her siblings, Eliza J. (44), Thomas F. (12), Lilian V. (9), Fannie E. (7), Fleming (5), and James M. (1); and G. W. Moore (49), Martha J. Moore (11), and Lemiel Moore (5). [1]
Martha died on January 6, 1966, aged 96.
