MARRIAGE NOTICE. GALLAGHER— MOORE.—On November 10, 1915, at St. Patrick's Cathedral, by the Rev. Father Cahill, Joseph George, second son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Gallagher, of Epsom, to Norah Kathleen, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R F. Moore, Auckland.

(1921). DIVORCE. ACTION FOR DIVORCE. DECREE NISI GRANTED. Reserved judgment was given by Mr. Justice Adams in the Supreme Court on Saturday in the divorce action by Norah Kathleen Forbes Gallagher (Mr. Hunt), against. Joseph George Gallagher. The ground of the action was that the parties had been separated for upwards of three years. At the hearing on 28, the Judge said he was not satisfied that the necessary term of separation had actually expired, as the deed of separation was dated July 9, 1918. Mr. Hunt said the reason for the action being taken in such apparent haste was that the petitioner and her mother had made arrangements to go to Australia. His Honor granted a decree nisi, to be made absolute after three months.
