William Caperton Moore was born on 18 February 1927 in London Laurel, Kentucky, son of Lester Washington Moore (1902–1976) and Della Emma Jones (1907–1975).[1]

His siblings were:

William died on 26 September 1927 in Laurel County, Kentucky, aged 0. He was buried in Whitt Cemetery.[2] [3]
