Biography
Charles Moore was born around 1863 in Brock Township, Ontario, Canada to parents Carleton Moore and Mary Anne (Keeler) Moore.
At age 20, Janet Mitchell married 19 year old farmer Charles Moore on December 19, 1882. The wedding took place at St. Andrew's Church in Balsover, Ontario, with witnesses William Mitchell and Flora Morrison. James T. Paul let the wedding ceremony. Janet and Charles were both residents of Eldon Township. She was listed as a Protestant while he was a Methodist.[1]
