Sarah was born in 1813. She passed away in 1871.
It looks as if in Carmi, White Illinois, that Sally Moore (common nick name for Sarah) and Thomas Evans registered for a marriage and it didn't take place. The later date, in Virginia, I believe is their following through 7 years later. I suspect that there was much war fare that Thomas was involved in a the time and delayed events. Just a hunch and anyone is free to correct me!!!!
