The 1900 and 1910 censuses give Samuel's birthplace as Maryland. He married his wife Emma around 1892, his second marriage according to the 1910 census; by 1910 they had six living children.[1]
A Samuel Moore with wife Mary on the 1880 census of Baltimore might be this Samuel with his first wife; his occupation is hostler, and this Samuel worked as a coachman at a livery stable in 1900 and 1910.[2]
Samuel presumably died before 1920, when Emma is listed as widowed.[3]
