This feels suspect to me. Not sure if the " Francois Pitre" listed as a second husband of Elizabeth Moore is in fact her husband. The name "Francois Pitre" is very vague in this context.

Agree. It seems from good sources (Stephen White and Karen Theriot) that Francois Modeste Pitre married Madeleine Vincent at about the same year. Further a family history claims that Jeremiah Clements married Elisabeth Moore in about 1763. This Elisabeth Moore was said to be born about 1740 in Trenton NJ. Based on these data, I am removing Francois Pitre as her spouse and removing the Acadian project from her profile.
