Joseph was born about 1877^[1]. He is the son of John Morales and Anna Moffit^[1]. ^[2]. He was the owner of a truck transfer business. He passed away in San Antonio in 1964^[1][3].

MORALES
Mr. Joe Morales Sr., Res. 7, Brax 331, born in Bell Co., Texas Sept 24, 1877, passed away Friday, January 31, 1964, at the age of 86 years. Rosary will be recited in Alamo Chapels, Sunday, February 2nd at 7 p.m. Blessing services will be held in Alamo Chapel, Monday, February 3rd at 8:30 a.m., followed by Regular Mass wich will be offered in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2514 W. Commerce St., at 9 a.m. Rev. Hubert L. Bauman, as celebrant. Survivors: Wife, Mrs Lottie Morales; daughter: Mrs Fred (Anna Rose) Meyer, city; sons, Mr. Eddie Morales, Mr. Joe Morales Jr., Mr Roy Morales, Middletown Conn.; sister, Mrs Earl Schrider, Anderson, Ind., 15 grandchildren. Mr. Morales was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic church , a member of the Eagles Aerie No. 70, was former owner of Morales Transfer Co., at one time was a member of the San Antonio Fire Department, and had been a resident of San Antonio for the past 81 years.
