Biography

Raymond Ducharme Morand was born in 1887. He was the son of Moise Morand and Virginia Ducharme.

Raymond served as Acting Minister of Soldiers' Civil Re-establishment from July 13, 1926 to August 23, 1926, which also made him Acting Minister presiding over the Department of Health.

He passed away on February 2, 1952.
