Omerine Moreau was born on 16 January 1838 in Big Cane, St. Landry, Louisiana, United States.
Omerine married Emile B. Guillory on 8 November 1855 in a civil ceremony at the Opelousas courthouse in St. Landry Parish. Their marriage was blessed by the church on 1 April 1864.[1].
Omerine died on 6 December 1917 in Lake Charles, Calcasieu Parish.
