The Geocities source listed above reports this in relation to Thomas being the father of Nancy Hart, "Her parentage has not positively been proven. Traditionally and many records have claimed her father and mother were Thomas and Rebecca Alexander Morgan. However, more recent evidence strongly indicates the possibility that her parents were actually Mark Morgan and Sarah."

I've never seen a primary source that links Thomas Morgan with Nancy or Benjamin Hart. I have seen primary records that link Mark and Sarah Morgan to them.
