Biography
Julia Ann Morgan was born 4 Jun 1851. Her parents were John B. & Mary (Street) Morgan. In the 1860 census Julia (age 9) was in Southern Subdivision, Tippah, Mississippi.[1]
She was the wife of Reuben Jasper Philpot. They had at least three children together.
