Biography
Frank was born in Tennessee in June 1854, according to 1900 Census when he was living in Creek Twp. 18 in Indian Territory. This census indicates that his father was born in Tennessse and his mother was born in North Carolina.
Frank married Mary Burton Haskins in Rich Hill, Bates, MO, in 1886. His name is recorded in that record as "R.M." Morgan.
Frank and Mary had five children: 1. Clarence, born 1880, died 1880, Missouri. 2. Willie or Nita, born 1888 MO 3. Lou, born 1890 MO 4. Clarissa "Carrie" born 1892 MO 5. Millard, born 1903.
Frank Morgan died in 1910 and was buried in the A. J. Powell Memorial Cemetery, Osage County, Oklahoma.
