Solomon married Anne Faulk on 8 May 1815 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.[2]
In 1820 he and his wife and three children were living in St Martin, Louisiana, United States.[3]
In 1830 they were counted on the census in Lafayette, with seven children.[4]
By 1850 he was widowed and living in his daughter Elizabeth's household in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana.[1]
