Frank was born in Saline Township in 1878 to Charles Morgan and JHenrietta (Boughner) Morgan.[1][2][3] He graduated high school in 1902 and shortly afterward married Malinda Martin, on May 7, 1902.[4] The officiant was Pastor Henry T. Miller and the witnesses were Fred McDonald and Clara Johnson.
At the time, he worked as a pattern maker and later worked as an order clerk in a paper store and owned his home, which had a mortgage.[5][6] By 1930, he owned his own print shop,[7] a business he continued to own through 1940.[8]
A widower, Frank Morgan passed away suddenly, around the age of 80,[9] and is buried with his wife and family in the Morgan family plot at Macon Cemetery on Mills-Macon Road in Macon, Michigan.[10]
