  • 'Morgan, William s/o Samuell Jr. and Bethia (Parrish) Morgan b. June 22, 1768. Is Incorrect for this William Morgan. ***This is not the William Morgan as his birthdate was on his headstone and witnessed to be the 24 of October 1768. An unfortunate error, by my Great Uncle Samuel Orliff Allison listed Samuel as his father. However, more upon the division of his Will, it indicated that Samuel was the brother of William Morgan.) Also, proven with DNA between brother Benjamin's descendant, and sister Priscilla's descendents.

place of birth for William is probably wrong. Samuel

has long been thought to be William's father, but through his probate papers, is actually William's brother. (Samuel died in 1837 Fox, Carroll, Ohio. Siblings: Isaac, Priscilla, Elizabeth, Benjamin, William, & Rebeccah. First wife:Unknown: Second wife of Sam., Eve.) Parents unknown
