Cyrenius Morgan II was born in 1821 in Jefferson County, New York, USA. He was the son of Cyrenius Morgan and his wife, Elizabeth Boomer.
He first married Martha Lyons. They had at least 1 child:
- Cyrenius Morgan III, b: 24 Feb. 1851 - d: 6 May 1939
He second married Margaret Rupest (aka: Ruberts or Roberts). They had 2 children:
- Chester Herbert Morgan: 1863–1925
- Myrtie Adell Morgan Hamilton: 1866–1934
