Biography

Joseph Albion was born on 10 Sep 1840 in Effingham County, GA to Matthew Mims Morgan and Mary Caroline Carter Morgan.[1]

He died on 21 Jul 1905 and was buried in Bird-Smith Cemetery in Ellabell, GA.[2]
