Le 25 juin 1719, Pierre Noël Morin, fils de Pierre Noël Morin et de Marguerite Rousseau, et Thérèse Pelletier, fille de défunt René Pelletier et de Madeleine Lecler, convenu d'un contrat de mariage avec le notaire Abel Michon. Témoins de l’époux: ses père et mère, Madeleine Mercier, femme de Nicolas Morin, Nicolas Fournier, cousin. Témoins de l’épouse: Jacques Destroismaisons, beau-frère, pour avoir épousé Madeleine Pelletier, Philippe Letourneau, Charles Destroismaisons et Madeleine Blanchet, sa femme, Jacques Daniaux et sa femme, Louise Destroismaisons, Louise Paulet, veuve de Pierre Lamarre.[3]

Décès et Sepulture
Pierre Morin décède le 1er octobre 1768 et est inhumé le 2 à Saint-Pierre-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, l'acte lui donne environ 73 ans.[4][5]

Biography

Pierre Noel Morin was baptized 26 Jan 1698 in the parish of Saint-Thomas-de-la-Montmagny, Canada, Nouvelle-France. He was the son of Pierre Noel Morin and Marguerite Rousseau and his godparents were Martin Rousseau and Magdeleine Blanchet.[2]

Pierre Noël Morin, son of Pierre Noël Morin and Marguerite Rousseau and Thérèse Pelletier, daughter of the late René Pelletier and Madeleine Leclerc agreed to a marriage contract with the notary Abel Michon on 25 Jun 1719. Witnesses for the husband were his mother and father, Madeleine Mercier, wife of Nicolas Morin, Nicolas Fournier, cousin. Witnesses for the bride were Jacques Destroismaisons, brother-in-law, married to Madeleine Pelletier, Phillippe Létourneau, Charles Destroismaisons and Madeleine Blanchet, his wife, Jacques Daniaux and his wife Louise Destroismaisons, Louise Paulet, widow of Pierre Lamarre. [3]

Pierre Morin, age of about seventy-three years, died 1 Oct 1768 and was buried the following day in the cemetery of Saint-Pierre-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Province de Québec. [5]
