WILLIAM MORRIS DIES AT HOME OF DAUGHTER TODAY
William D. Morris, 88, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Earl Gray, 805 South 17th street, at 5:15 o'clock this morning following a week's illness.
Born, September 3, 1860, in Brown county, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James C. Morris. He was married to Zoa E. States. She preceeded him in death several years ago. Mr. Morris was a member of First Baptist church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Gray, at whose home he died; Mrs. Edward Williams, of Perkinsville and a son, William E. Morris, of Wyandotte, Mich.; 15 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
The body was removed to Copher and Fesler funeral home where it will remain.
Funeral rites have not been completed.
