Evening News (Sydney, NSW : 1869 - 1931), Thursday 10 July 1873. ^[5] On the 9th July, at the residence of his grandson, Mr. James Dawes, Wyndham-street, Waterloo, Mr. James Morris, aged 78 years, leaving five sons, four daughters, seventy grand children, and thirty-six great grandchildren to mourn their loss.
