Biography
Joan Rawlins alias Butler née Morris (–1630) of Chittoe was the wife of Henry Rawlins alias Butler and the sister of Robert Morris.[1]
Joan married Henry Rawlins on 16 June 1578 in Devizes St John the Baptist.[2] He passed away in 1616 in Chittoe.[1]
Joan was buried on 13 June 1630 in Bromham.[3] A probate bond was issued to her sons Henry and John Rawlins in 1631, with her inventory being taken by Richard Franklin, Richard Rallines and Thomas Hobbs.[4]
