Biography
Granville was born in 1799. His place of birth is unknown. In 1880, when the census included an identification of where people's mothers and fathers were born, three of Granville's children each identified a different state for his birth, including Tennessee, North Carolina and Kentucky. Granville married Eliza Minter in 1836. [1] He passed away in 1846.
