Joseph, the eldest son of Thomas, born in 1807, married Mary, daughter of George Morrison, of Washington county, Pa., and became the father of seven children, all of whom are living: Thomas (in Iowa), Mary, Anna, Rachel and Joseph C., William and Sarah.
