Elizabeth C. 'Betty' Waeltz of Souderton passed away Monday, Dec. 12, 2016. She was 83.
She was the beloved wife of the late Dallas W. Waeltz.
Born in Abington, she was a daughter of the late John F. and Mary (Leneweaver) Morrisey.
Elizabeth was an active parishioner and volunteer at Saint Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church. She also coordinated travel for the Hidden Springs Community, and was a Den Mother with the Cub Scouts.
Elizabeth is survived by her children, Suzanne Marcoe (Stephen) of Lansdale, Thomas Waeltz (the late Dorothy) of Levittown, James Waeltz (Monica) of Horsham; Matthew Waeltz (Lori) of Lansdale, Robert Waeltz (Patricia) of Horsham, Michele Lutz (David) of Horsham, and David Waeltz (Diane) of Horsham; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects and greet the family after 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at St. Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 1601 Derstine Road., Hatfield, and are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery in Warrington Township.
