Archibald marries to Susannah Marshall on October 16, 1844 in Gore District, Ontario. Susanna Marshall was born November 8, 1824 in Dubden, Essex, England. Susanna is the daughter of Francis Marshall and Susannah Erswell.

Archibald dies on May 10, 1856 in Binbrook, Hamilton\Wentworth County, Ontario, Canada. Susannah dies on March 23, 1875 at Burford, Brant County, Ontario, Canada.
