Biography
Frances was born in 1897. She is the daughter of Matthew Morrow and Mary Smith.
She is on the 1910 Federal Census with her parents.[1]
She married Peter Joseph Francois Gaspard in 1917.
Frances died in 1919 and has a lovely obit attached to her Find a Grave record.[2]
