Some of the words such as "cuting" etc were as appeared in the will. a few of the items were so dim that it was difficult to interpret. The L and S and D appearing in appeasment were difficult to decipher and may be incorrect.

Since finding the information it would seem that the James Morrow, who made the will, and his son James would be the ones who are listed in the Battle of Point Pleasant as James Morrow and James Morrow Junior from Reference History of the Battle of Point PLeasant by Virgil A. Lewis, Charleston, Tribune Printing Company, West Virginia 1909. A list of Captain Robert McClennahan's Company of Greenbrier Valley Volunteers in the Botetourt County Regiment - pages 115-116.

Research Note:

Historical clarification of locations: Point Pleasant, Hampshire County and Greenbrier County are located in, what is now, West Virginia, after West Virginia's creation in 1863 and confirmation in 1866. Highland County and Botetourt County remained with Virginia. The county names were retained. Mulhausen-2 17:44, 17 October 2018 (UTC)
