Biography

Moses Morss (alternatively spelled Morse) was a son of Daniel Morse and Elizabeth Morse. He was born at Newbury, Massachusetts, the specific date being either 20 July 1721 [1] or 26 July 1721 [2]. The transcribed and compiled state records retained the 20 July date [3].

Moses married Sarah Fish on July 26, 1744 [4] in Preston, New London County, Connecticut.
