Biography

John Edward Mortimer was born in 1867 in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia, the son of Elizabeth (Quick) Mortimer and John Edward Mortimer.[1]

He married Emily Alice Prentice in 1907 in Victoria.[2] Their children were:[citation needed]

John died in 1952 in Ballarat, aged 85 years.[3]
