Biography

Clarence was born in 1893. He was the son of George Morton and Nancy Ricks.

Clarence registered for the WWI draft in 1917 in Levy County, Florida. He was single at the time and working as a laborer at a lumber mill.[1]

He passed away in 1949.[2]
