SIMEON COFFIN, b. at Alfred, [Maine] 29 June, 1780; m. 25 July, 1804, Mary Shaw of Standish, who d. 6 July, 1839, and he m. 20 February, 1840, Ann S. Morton of Standish; d. at Thorndike, ME, 15 October, 1850; she d. 7 May, 1856. Children, b. at Thorndike. The last five are probably her children:
Joseph, b. 14 March, 1805; m. 14 November, 1831, Martha F. Higgins; d. at Plymouth, Me., in 1888.
Sargent, b. 29 December, 1806; m. in March, 1833, Emily Morton of Jackson; d. at Jackson, ME, 2 August, 1845.
Phebe, b. 24 December, 1808; m. in January, 1831, William F. Higgins; d. 5 July, 1854.
