Ida Mabel Morton was born on 26 Feb 1885 in Wheaton Settlement, Salisbury, Westmorland, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of Henry Morton (~1862– ) and Esther Rogers (~1866– ).

In 1911, Ida (26) was living in Kings-Albert Sub-Districts 1-42, New Brunswick.[1]
Ida died on 10 Jan 1974 in Butternut Ridge, Westmorland, aged 88. She was buried in Wheaton Settlement Baptist Cemetery, Wheaton Settlement, Westmorland County, New Brunswick.[2]
