  • Remains were never recovered. Captain Mosburg has memorials in 2 different cemeteries. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
  • Call sign "Lancer Lead" - 114th Aviation Company - UH-1B Iroquois (Huey) helicopter. The helicopter was shot down and crashed in about nine feet of water. Specialist Richard H. Pystor survived and was rescued and the body of Major Norman L. Dupre was recovered however extensive searches failed to locate the bodies of Captain Henry Lee Mosburg and SP4 Marvin F. Phillips. Mosburg and Phillips were both presumed dead. SP4 Phillips remains were recovered and positively identified in 2011.
