Biography

Nezzie Carol Mosley was born 24 June 1906 daughter of Claudius Clement Moseley and Laura Ann Elizabeth Lynn^[1]. In 1910^[2] and1920^[3] she lived with her parents and siblings in Tattnall County, Georgia.

She married James Adelbert Duggar. They moved to Liberty County, Florida where she and James lived with his parents and brother Elmer in 1930^[4]. In 1935 they were still in Liberty County with their children Mattie Lou, Clara, Ruth, and brother-in-law Elmer living with them^[5].

Their daughter Grace Helen Ruth Duggar died in 1939 at the age of four from a congenital defect^[6].

Daughter Mattie Lee married John Steve Balint in 1948^[7].

She died 12 November 1986 in Hosford, Liberty County, Florida^[8][9], and was buried in Blue Creek Cemetery, Liberty County^[1].
