Biography

George Lawrence Moseley Sr. was born about May 1861 in Emanuel County, Georgia, the son of Elisha Moseley and Elizabeth Ann Belle Herndon Moseley. In 1870[1] and 1880[2] he lived with his mother and siblings in Emanuel County, Georgia. (His father died in 1865). .

He married his second cousin Lucy Ann Moseley[3].

In 1900 they lived in Coffee County Georgia with their children John H., Minnie, Sallie, Lucey, Alice, George, Lillie, and Lawson[4].

They appear on the 1910 census in Emanuel County, Georgia with their children Mamie, Sallie, Alice, George, and Lawson[5]. Only he and his wife appear on the 1920 census in Oak Park, Emanuel County, Georgia[6].
