James Edward Moseley was born Oct. 18, 1930, the son of Edison Moseley and Laura Mae Kight Moseley[1]. In 1940 he lived in Lyons, Toombs County, Georgia with his parents and siblings[2].
He died August 10, 1998 in Toombs County, Georgia[3][4], and was buried in Lyons City Cemetery, Lyons, Toombs County, Georgia[1].
