Rowan Mosley was born March 30, 1870, son of Clement Angelsy Mosley and Leacy Ann Williamson[1].
He married Mary Phillips.
He died June 10, 1937, and was buried in Mount Shady Baptist Church Cemetery, Treutlen County, Georgia[1].
