Emmer loved to cook, and would tell anyone who wanted to learn, to just watch her. She dearly loved children around her often. She worked hard in fruit packing plants and farm fields.
Her father: ?, Her mother: Elizabeth Mosley. Her Sisters: Clara Bell(Mosley) Forster D:1966 (Clara is mom to Juanita Forster), Minnie (Mosley) Gladin, Ethel (Mosley) Woodward, Ale Mosley. Her Brothers: Desso Mosley, Derm Mosley (he married Rosa Lee), Lonnie Mosley. Emmer is my father's mother (Eschol Lee Barfield), she was always so kindhearted and cherished each of her children and grandkids. She loved having all the kids near her. She always worked so very hard and her callused hands told the story. Her sweet nature commanded respect that no one could ever think to deny her of it. She endured tremendous heartache with the loss of two husbands and two of her children's death in the same year 1966 (Mary Ellen and Eschol) yet somehow she kept finding the courage and strength to share her sweet smiles and loving hugs to all.
