Thomas 'Tommy' Garfield Moseley was born 22 March 1896 in Montgomery County, Georgia[1], the son of John Wesley Moseley and Eliza Wilkes Moseley. In 1910 he lived in Montgomery County, Georgia with his parents and siblings[2]. He was still at home in 1920[3].
His WWI draft registration describes him as a brunette with hazel eyes[4].
