Biography

Edward Mosse Moss, Sr. was born in 1610[1] in Lancaster, Lancashire, England.
He married Ann Beltchourton/Belt in 1630 in England. [1]They had five children during their marriage.
He immigrated to Colonial Virginia in 1655.[2] His sponsor was Ralph Green, with residence in New Kent, Virginia.[3]
He died on July 1, 1685, in Yorktown, Virginia, at the age of 75 years.
