Biography

Martha "Patsy" Moss, daughter of Frederick Moss and Barbara (Berry) Moss,[1] was born on 13 June 1806 in South Carolina, USA.[2]

She married Cleveland Maret, son of Stephen Maret and Lucy (Walter) Maret, she was identified as Patsy Maret in her father's will.[1]

She and Cleveland appeared on the census of 28 Oct. 1850 at Pickens County, South Carolina.[3]

Martha died on 25 June 1853, probably in Oconee County, South Carolina, and was buried at South Union Baptist Church Cemetery, Fair Play, Oconee County, South Carolina. Her memorial has the dates of her birth and death and links to those of family members.[2]
