Gershom Mott b: 30 MAY 1696 Hempstead NY d: 09 DEC 1758.
Gershom, the second son of Charles Mott, was also a settler at Kakiat, with his wife Ruth Seaman. He died bef. March 1759 date of probate of his will. Issue:
7 April 1758- MOTT, Gershom, of New Hempsted, Orange Co., yeoman. Wife Ruth, sons Solomon, Gershom, Charles, Benjamin, daughters Moley aka Mary, wife of Peter Lott, and Elizabeth Clark, grandson Gershom Lott, Real and personal estate (a bible). Executors son Benjamin and Jacob Halsted. Witnesses Joseph Seaman, Caleb Seaman and Gershom Rose, farmers. Probate 2 March 1759. [2]
