Biography

Elizabeth was born on 2 May 1793^[1] in Pennsylvania, daughter of Christian Meyer and Mary Landis.^[2]

She married Jacob Gehman and is named as Jacob's wife in her father's will made in 1832.^[2][3] Their children were :

She died on 22 Jan 1864 and is buried on the South Cayuga Mennonite Cemetery in Haldimand, Ontario, Canada. The headstone reads : ELIZABETH WIFE OF JACOB GAYMAN died 22 Jan 1864 AGED 70 Yrs 8 Mo 20 D.^[1]
