It is likely that it is Richard who moved to Strahan in the late 1800's followed by a wife and two children. A Muldoon was lifeboat crew attending the wreck of the Annie McDougall at Hells Gate and two years later R. Muldoon was a winning oar crewman at the 1900 Strahan Regatta
